Finding the right spiral balance?

I have some M&W tilt Windows. And on the shoe is a number 5900SB, I think the matching shoe number is 15-118? I measured my spiral balance and it's 3/8 tube. 31" long, NO color tip. So, what would you recommend as a spiral balance?

We can't be positive without seeing the original hardware removed from the window but you could start by comparing the S900-31 spiral balance with a 3/8" diameter housing tube to yours. As for the colored tip option, there is a chart under the product description that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight.
