Fitting 23-026 back in the runner

Hi, my door has come out of the bottom runner and is swaying around.  Can you tell me if its possible to push this part back in the runner while the mirror is still attached at the top, or do I have to take the mirror off to get this part back in the runner?

To install the 23-026, you need to tilt the doors toward the rear so that you can hook on the bottom guide. Another way is to go to the back of the doors and either unscrew or un-clip the 23-026 from the door (depending on how it's installed), snap the guide into the track, and then re-install it back on the door.
