Fixing old windows

This is an old house and all of the windows are like this. Most of the part is broken and couldn't find a good part at all. I need to know the right part and will order bulk to fix all of our windows.

Thanks for your post! I'm afraid I don't recognize this part. It's an older window so the part you're looking for may not be around but we will do our best to track it down. I'll need a bit more information though. What's the function of this current part and what is the size? Would you happen to know the window brand?
