I need this flange to go around the outside a Pella square block window. The guy at Lowes ordered the wrong window style and he's giving me the runaround. If I can get this flange, which pops into the square window (there is a groove for it), we can finish the job for our client

Hello there. Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell the flange you're looking for. Your best bet may be to contact Pella directly if you haven't already. I am very sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.

I am dealing with the same issue in ordering windows from Lowe's. Pella sliding windows series 250. I've called Pella and they don't have a flange for that window. Pella couldn't help rectifying the issue since I ordered them at Lowe's won't help me either. At this point I'll have to install them and hope for the best.
