This roller/wheel is from an old Mayline flat file cabinet. It is 1 inch in diameter (or a hair over that) with a one inch screw. I see ball bearings?My local hardware store had nothing.:-)
Any ideas on where I can source a replacement?

I don't think we have an exact match for this, either. The closest option we have appears to be our 32-096, but it's 1-1/8", which is pretty large compared to the dimension you gave. That said it is our best match. Look it over and see what you think.
