We'd be happy to help but we would need to see your casement lock removed from the window to determine how it engages with the internal linkage.

As for the operator, these types of operators with face-mounted installation holes have fixed covers that are not designed to be replaced. There is a good chance that you could use a handle like the 39-114L as long as the 11/32" diameter opening that attaches to the base matches the image below. Thank you!
