Hello, You can start by taking a look at our S770-28 plain channel balance but you'll want to weigh your window sash to choose the correct strength option by following the chart under our product description. To identify your pivot shoes, we'll need to see a picture of an undamaged shoe removed from the window, as well as the width and thickness, to compare to our selection. Unfortunately, the balance system came from a manufacturer that has gone out of business. You can use our S770-28 with a spring strength option of 28D to support your 25-pound sash. As for the pivot shoe, take a look at our 15-173. The center white cam accepts a pivot bar 5/16" wide by 3/16" high. Look it over and see if this could work for you. |
