Window Balance 28B

I am looking for a window balance for a Florida Extruders Intl. Single Hung Window. The window label says it's a series 1000. W/N 04789. 28B stamped on the window part.

I'm not sure what to recommend. Your picture only shoes the bottom nylon attachment. In order to identify the best Series, we will need to see the top attachment, as well. Would you be able to get us a picture of it?

Thank you, however the new pictures are of the same bottom attachment in your first picture, just from the other side. When I mentioned the top attachment, I meant the nylon attachment on the whole other end of the metal channel. We will need that before we can make a recommendation.
