Florida extruders - milestone single hung series 1000.

Question

There is a plasic cap that holds a spring loaded rod at the sides of the window. The plasic cap has failed and the rod has popped to the top of the window. Do you have this part?

The window is a Milestone Single Hunger Series 1000 made by Florida Extruders International, Inc.

Hello, David. The part you are looking for is called a top sash guide. I can't tell what you have when it's still installed, but start by looking at our 18-180. Is this a match? Also be sure to watch the video below.
