I believe that you have security windows that use a custom balance configuration. We can make it for you, but it will need to be a special order. Specifically, we'd be making a 24" long balance with a 19-041 top and 15-005 bottom fitting. The spring weight (23DS38) is for a 38 pound sash, so we would use the corresponding 2375 stamp option rated for sashes weighing 37 through 40 pounds. For the 11" balance, the ends will be the same. All we need is the code stamped on it so we can determine how to calibrate the spring. Can you also tell me how many of each you need? |
