Flush Casement replacement lock

Hello,
I am looking for replacement locks for my casement windows. Do you offer a replacement lock that is flush when locked and unlocked? This will replace my 2 1/2" screw holes casement locks. See attached pictures.

This lock reminds me of our 38-036. Please compare and see if you concur.
