Flush cabinet door hinge

Question

I want to replace old existing door hinges with new ones that fit the same holes. I have found new ones that are off by about 1/8-inch with the holes. I have uploaded images of the hinge, including numbers on the back.

Hello there. Our closest match is the 32-126 Hinge Kit. See below. If the discrepancy you've noted is with the mounting holes on the mounting plate, I can explain why you're having trouble finding an exact match. This is because many years ago the manufacturer of these hinges moved their base of operations from Japan to China. When they did this, they destroyed the original mold for the hinges. The result is that, unfortunately, it is impossible as far as we know to find the original version of the hinges. I apologize for the inconvenience.
