Flush mount handle needed for Warnock Hersey Series: 870SGD

Hi,

I have (what appears to be) a Warnock Hersey Series 870SGD sliding patio door and I am looking for a replacement door handle. I'd like a flush mount door handle instead of the wooden handle I have now, to allow blinds to hang closer to the door.

Can you recommend a replacement handle or aftermarket version that will mount in the same 3 15/16" holes
