Flush mount sash lock keeper

Hello I am looking to replace 2 of these flush mount dash lock keepers. My windows are almond/beige in color but I can be flexible if you can help me find the right size part. The piece has a number printed on it, 40640. Please let me know if you have a part I can use to repair my broken window.
