Foam Weatherseal

Hi, I'm looking for a suitable replacement for these seals that run horizontally between the sashes on an older model Viking window. The gap is quite substantial and the existing foam is pretty degraded. The right end in the second picture slots into a groove that appears to be a sort of T slot. Would a circular foam seal be an appropriate replacement?
