Foam filled weather seal replacement

Thank you for reaching out to us. It's hard to say what you may have here since the weatherseal appears to be damaged. Is there an undamaged sample we could see? 

As for removal, that will depend on what kind of seal you have which we can't determine yet. If it has a T-slot type of base, it should just slide out at the end of the window. If it's a kerf, you will have to gently pull it out of the channel/slot. It may be a bit difficult if the seal is old.
