Foam spline for a 1/8" opening

Looking for replacement spline to redo the screens on my porch. the width of the metal opening is 1/8". I noticed on previous questions that you recommended .140. Would there be any issue using the .145. Also is the foam black or what color?

Hello, Tom. For fiberglass wire I would use the 59-145, and for aluminum wire I'd use the 59-140 instead.
