Fold away window crank from a Pella window

A home owner from Lenoir, NC says:

I have Pella windows in my house with fold away cranks. The right window crank handle is stripped and falls off the base. Do you sell replacement handles for a right window? It is brown.

Hello,

We do carry the Pella 39-403 and 39-404 crank and lock kit. Take a look and see if this would work for your application. 

If you're not sure, feel free to send us photos of your operator with the window open so that the arms that connect o the sash are fully visible, which will help us confirm if our parts would be compatible. Thank you.
