Thanks for posting! You have an old model operator that isn't made anymore. That crank handle looks like our 39-226, but there's no guarantee it will work in the operator if the collar has stripped. You could pad it out with tape so that it will fit, but that's obviously only a temporary solution.
In the long term, you may want to consider getting the newer style 39-329. It's the same as your old operator, it just uses a different type of handle. The 39-205 will work great with it.
