Going in the order of appearance in your photos, I recommend looking at our 23-306 top pivot bracket, 23-119 adjustable bottom pivot, and 23-301 bottom pivot bracket. In your first photo, I also see a little bit of a pivot that might match our 23-122, but I can't see enough of it to be sure.

If you need the track, though, then that's a different story. The tracks you have now are no longer made. You would need a whole new kit, like our 23-504, to replace everything you have now. For simplicity's sake, this may be the better option anyway, but it's up to you. 

You'll note that the 23-504 track is 3' long. We don't have a 2' long version but ours can be cut down with a hacksaw.
