Thank you for reaching out to us. No, the 39-375 won't fit this operator. If the spline is 11/32", the 39-107FK would be a better match since the operator's spline is centered. Take a look and see what you think.

We can't ID your operator from your photo, but if you can open the window and show us the arms that move the window sash, that would help us narrow down some options.

Thank you for the additional photo! Take a look at the 39-032 and the 39-156. One of these may be what you need, depending on the length of the link arm. Review the specifications and see how they compare with your old assembly.
