My (stainless steel?) sliding door track cover is worn out. At least 3' I had to saw off (recently) and remove (recently) to get the door to move. My rollers are in rough shape. I had ordered new ones years ago before HURD shut down.
Your 1/4" Track Cover looks larger in diameter/size than my track (maybe 3/16" at most). Do you think I could epoxy glue on your cover? Or is there someone else might hav that size (smaller)? See pictures.

Thanks for posting. See the 80-102 Track Cover. See if you think this could fit your track.

Bob,
My picture shows my track cover is much smaller than your 1/4" track cover. I have only about 40" of track cover left as the rest disentigrated to the point I could not shut the door. I had to cut off the bad part (about 30 inches).
I think my new HURD rollers are narrower than your 1/4" track cover as they may be only 3/16" wide or less. Meaning the track cover will not fit into the roller, nor will your track cover fit (snap onto my track). Any ideas?

Not thinking it will because my track cover width is less than 1/4".
But I have new rollers I bought before Hurd went under. They are model 31761A stamped on them and several of the body measurements (length, width) are the same as your double wheel model.
I'm going to a Lowe's here in the Houston area that supposedly has a 1/4" track cover in stock. If the rollers will fit then I only have to figure out ho to attach if my track is narrower.

I'm sorry to say that we don't sell smaller track covers, or any other track covers for that matter. This is the only size we have.
That said, the 80-102 is a generic part that is compatible with many, many different kinds of doors and works on most modern rollers. Almost every roller in our inventory is compatible. Granted, you could have a special exception, but without seeing it I cannot judge.
