I need a replacement glass door handle. The plate cracked. The door is a ReliaBuilt door. May be a 300 series, but I don't know for sure. I did order one from you recently, but I had to send it back because it was too little. I need help to order the correct one and size. Thanks!

Hello,

I see that you ordered the 82-086, which was my first thought as well based on your photos. Could you elaborate on what you mean by it being too small and write out the exact dimensions that you're looking for? Unfortunately, it's tough to get accurate dimensions from photos. Thank you!

The plate on mine is 8" long. The 82-086 was only about 3.5".

As shown below, the distance between the center of the two mounting holes is 3-15/16", which looks like what you have and is the most important dimension when choosing a replacement handle set. The overall length of the handle plate is not important since you have the entire height of the door to compensate.

Are you saying that since the screw holes on mine is 3 15/16, that the one I ordered from you and returned, will actually fit?

Correct, based on the information you've provided I see no reason why the 82-086 wouldn't work for you as long as the inside handle has the same offset thumb latch shown below.
