For older wooden double hung Weathervane window

Question

Had broken glass, so took window out to get fixed. These two parts were very brittle and broke. I glued back for photo. They screw to each side at top of window and I think hold the balancer down when window is closed. Would like to order 8 only for replacements when needed.

I have seen this top sash guide a few times in the past. Unfortunately, it hasn't been made in a long, long time. I don't believe anything we carry can be used as a substitute. The only thing that has any hope of working is, perhaps, our 18-065. Look over the dimensions and pictures we show on its store page and see what you think.
