Thank you for reaching out to us! It sounds like you need a new pivot shoe. I'm afraid yours is too damaged to identify though. Can you remove an undamaged version of this part and show us some photos?

This is still too damaged to identify, unfortunately. We can't move forward without a photo of an undamaged pivot shoe. Is there an identical window in the house? If so, we can use that as a reference.
