Thanks for posting. This exact handle set is no longer made, but you have options to replace it. I think you could replace that inside latch with our 40-150 or 40-145; however these latches unfortunately do not come in a brass finish. See the 40-058 Handle Set, which comes in brass. Unfortunately the inside latch itself is not sold separately, but this entire lockset should replace your old setup. Take a look and see what you think.
