We will need to see a photo of the handle that you need replaced. This will help us to better determine the best replacement option for you. 

We do not carry this exact handle set, but see either our 40-058 or 40-152 handles. They both have the 1-3/4" hole centers for mounting the handle and I think either can work for your door.
