French door mechanism for a commercial type french door

Question

We are trying to find the mechanism. The lock seems to be working, but it doesn't lock consistently, which is leading us to believe that the whole box needs to be replaced rather than just then just the lock

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell a replacement for this type of lock, unfortunately. Your best bet would be to contact the original manufacturer of the door, whoever they may be.
