French doors to patio

A quick learner from Charleston, SC says:
Hi, I hope you can help me. I am trying to find the weatherstipping shown in the photos. The 5th picture is the top of the door which is just a piece of rubber with a kerf. Pictures 3 and 4 are pictures of the strip taken off the door. The other help I need is the side molding. I believe it's what you call a v- or fold over. There is no foam at all in these pieces, it's all just rubber stripping. I would really appreciate your help! Thanks, Susan
