French window Operators

A home owner from Puerto Rico says:

These are markings on the operator and the operator handle on the inside.Letters and numbers are:

WYNN 63.5

LA

I can't find these anywhere. Not in any hardware store ,not even in Home Depot.

Please help.

We may be able to find a match for this, but I'll need you to remove the operator entirely from the window so that we can see the design of the link arm. I'm afraid we won't be able to make that out while it's still installed.
