From a Pella window. I believe it from the tandem area?

My grand dog tore apart a window during a severe storm when I wasn't home. She left so much damage, we are looking for the replacement part that I attached a photo of, in hopes that your company may have it to purchase.
If you possibly know the exact name of the photo sent, would be much appreciated.
