I've worked on Tubelite commercial doors in the past, but I'm afraid I'm not familiar with the door pivot shown in your photo. I would suggest contacting a glass shop or a locksmith in your area to see if they can supply it. I truly apologize that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
