Front door Storm handle replacement

Our door handle broke off from the door therefore we need replacement. Approx 7 years old... it is hard to read the parts info on the window but here's the best I can do...

Door is Guardian - Dewitt, IA

ANSI I37 or ANSI I87 (difficult to read as it is tad faded away)
J-2004
Safety Tempered
SGCC 2020 1/8 UA

Hopefully you can help as I am having trouble locating one via web search

I'm afraid I cannot determine what you have based on this information. It is only in regards to the glass, not the door itself. Could you show us a few pictures of the original handle set? Thank you!
