Please see our 83-122 handle, 83-118 screen protector, and 83-115 latch. I think these may be the parts you're looking for.

I took out the screw under the "Pella" button on the cover plate (83-122), but that doesn't seem to release it. Am I missing another screw somewhere? I also need to replace a broken 83-115.

That is the only screw on this type of handle. Once you remove it, the handle should come off. I'm afraid I don't know of any trick to it beyond that.

I just had this issue ? the bottom part was a peg so it just has to be pulled off carefully after removing the screw and pushed back into place when done.
