Full-VU closet door track

Question

I have installed in my Condo (1973) multiple full-VU doors.
As you know the bottom track is the same as the top track-in repairing one of these doors I have replaced both tracks.

My Question: the bi fold door pin cap (21-402) - in that there is a slot for the lock door pin to lock into, in the pin cap...In which orientation should the cap be installed in the track?

Are you referring to the bracket that comes with our 21-402? You can actually see how we orient the bracket in its product photos. You want the hole that takes the pin facing out. See the image below.
