Full-Vu Steel Bi-Fold Closet Doors

Question

One of the bifold doors hadn't been working. In continuously lifting it up to close it I bent the top pin (the one with the spring). The door came off and comparing it to the one on the other side I definitely need the plastic "thing" as shown in picture 21-058. The only thing I see inside the doors informationally is this number: S 247618. I think that's a quality control number. There is also a Part No. 8433..............Please help..

Hi Ingrid,

Thanks for reaching out to us! The plastic piece used with part 21-058 is the 21-108 Bifold Door Pin Cap. Although, since you've bent the pin, it might be best to replace the entire piece. If you are not sure that these are the correct replacements, I'm happy to take a look at the photos of your hardware.
