Full channel balance replacement

Question

I need to replace this channel balance and am struggling to find it. The only item I can read on it is K 24-4

Thanks for reaching out! Your window balance reminds me of the Series 377 Channel Balance. Based on the stamp, I believe the length of the channel should be 25" and the shoe should have a 1" depth, but you'll need to be sure to double check.

If I am correct, you'll need the S377-25. The 2440 stamp should work for the window. A pair of these will support a sash weighing 19 - 24lbs.
