Full crank replacement

Question

Can you please help me order the correct replacement for the entire crank pictured below.  It is for 1960s jaulosie windows. Left hand side. All associated parts needed.  There are no markings anywhere on the old crank.

This awning operator reminds me of the 39-419 and 39-420, but go over all the dimensions we listed in the pictures to ensure this type matches. Let me know if anything differs.
