What I have is a sliding patio door series 4000 Mfg. H-R Windows delivered in 2008. What I need is a complete handle set, 3- 15/16", complete with mortise latch, inside thumb lock that will work with the existing keyed lock shown.

Please take a look at our 82-033 handle set, 82-218 mortise lock, and our 82-306 keyed outside handle. This hardware might be what you have.
