Need pivot: A quick way woo kay

Unfortunately, I do not recognize the pivot shown in your photos right off the bat. With that being said, we would like to see an undamaged version of this part if one is available. Also, would you be able to elaborate on the type of door that you have and show us a photo of it, preferably installed, so that we can make out how it engages with the door frame? I'm not sure if this will be something that we can supply in the long run but the more information that we can collect, the better. Thank you.
