Fwd: Replacement or close parts for 1986 model Weathersure Doors

Question

Hi! I have two Weathersure sliding doors in my house built 1986. Need
replacement window locks and handles with all the mechanisms. The
exact door model number reads WS IGCC (r)
408 OMHO 7567. The distance between the handle holes is 3 and 31/32.

Can you help me with new parts or something close? Need to Fed Ex for
delivery here Friday . Tough assignment I know! Pictures below.
