Fwd: Sliding door handle replacement needed

A home owner from USA says:
I am looking for a door handle to fit this unknown manufacture door. the sketching on the glass sliding door looks like to be the following:

Gaurdian
Webster, MaSS
ANSI-Z 971-1984
SAFE TEMPERARED
LOOKS LIKE SOCO 300 1/8U
WMH 3993
18-CFR OR COULD BE OFR -120111

Between the glass there is a silver lining which reads GGI CBA 93 3/8

It looks like the screw holes are about 6 1/2 inches apart

I'm not sure why you have two cut outs in your patio door. Maybe it was in case you needed to flip the door to operate from the opposite side. Either way, take a look a our 88-002 or the keyed version, our 82-002K. These look similar to the hardware in your photos.
