Hi,
Is there a replacement part available for the piece in the picture? A bad wind storm kicked up on day and pushed both windows in breaking base. the windows still open and close while holding the inside piece in place. I think I really just need the grey plate that sits on the outside.

Hi there, our metal Roto operator plate 39-248 replaced the nylon one you're showing. I believe this should work, but take a second to look it over to be sure. Let us know what you think!
