GA Spiral Balance Replacement clip

Question

I have a General Aluminum window with (we think) a 29" spiral balance casing that has missing clip/cover on both sides so the window will not stay in place when opened. I've attached a photo of the part from a working window that isn't on the broken window, stamped with a #63. Can you advise what this part is to order? Thank you!

I can't say for sure without seeing the part you need removed from the window but you can start by comparing our 17-052 bracket to yours and see if it may be a match. Thanks for posting!
