Ok for those who are like me, looking for a replacement for the GACO 4030H rollers, you can use these rollers BUT you have to modify them.
1. I can confirm the above rollers, 1.5 inch diameter Swisco part #81-132, will work to replace GACO 4030H but require slight modification.
2. Each side of the 81-132 has 3 additional lumps that you must grind off with a basic harbor freight angle grinder and a grinding wheel (I used Warrior-brand grinding wheel part number 47572 at harbor freight it worked fine, but any grinding wheel will work). See photos.
3. Once you grind off the 3 lumps on each side, the remaining notch will slide into the door without modification.
4. After you snap in the new rollers and replace the door frame, you'll have to find a small bolt to attach the side frame of the door to the roller (this secures the bottom of the door frame). I found two bolts in my garage junk drawer that worked. I can't attest to whether you can use the bolt from the previous rollers because I lost them in the weeks before I did the project.
More info: In case you haven't taken the door apart yet, you have to remove the door from the track, set it on its side, remove the screws holding the side frame of the door off. This will expose the edge of the glass but is also required to remove the old rollers. You cannot remove the rollers through the bottom of the door (you will bend the door frame).
I've attached a photo of the grinding required. No other modification was needed to this part to make it fit. Good luck. If you can't handle the above modification, you could always just use the opposite sliding glass door. We did this for a couple weeks.
