I believe these are from Silverline windows. I need to replace everything with plastic. Including the rail sliders.

We don't sell this exact hinge assembly, but our 36-048 has a very similar design and should work as a replacement. The catch is that you have to replace the top and bottom at the same time. The video below will go into more information.

I need to replace the operator in the photo too. Any suggestions?

Oh, I'm sorry for overlooking that part of your post. That old operator is discontinued and no longer made, but we do have a modern replacement that we think works well. Like before, the video below will walk you through it every step of the way.
