Gap at Top and Bottom of Sliding Glass Door

Handy Person from Davenport, Florida
While retrieving crayons from the sliding glass door at my Florida home (built circa 2005), I noticed a rather large air infiltration point at the top and bottom of the sliding glass door when closed. Spent the better part of today online looking for a solution. No idea who the manufacturer is nor if this gap has existed since the house was built. Any help identifying a solution would be most appreciated.

Thanks for posting. Please take a look at the 80-042 and 80-043, which are used on Vinyl patio doors. See if you could adapt these to your stationary patio door to close up the gap. Also take a look at the 58-184 foam pad which is used on hinged type doors. This might be another possibility. Let us know what you think.
