Gapco widow not staying open

Question

Hi,

I have three Gapco windows that will not remain open. After opening the window(s) the sash closes slides down and will not remain in the position I set.

All the windows are the same size 34w x 30h, all are aluminum

2 of the windows need the left hand (looking from inside to outside) spiral thing and the connector and 1 of the widows needs the right hand spiral thing and connector

Hello, Brian.

It looks like you have a tilt window. With that in mind, I recommend the Series 900 (3/8" diameter) or the Series 600 (5/8" diameter). Take a look at the specifications and see how they compare with your old hardware.

If you need the pivot shoe as well, we will need to see an undamaged version removed from the window along with the written-out thickness and width.
