Two of these roller assemblies are mounted on the bottom of each entry gate for a hillside elevator. The gate is stationary (not part of the moving elevator cab). The rollers slide on a track mounted on the ground. All of this is outside, exposed to the weather. Each assembly has two 1 1/2 inch diameter wheels. The system was installed in the mid 90's by a contractor based in Vancouver, British Columbia. The assembly measures, in inches:
4.5" long
1.5" tall
13/16" wide, excluding the side flanges
1 1/16" wide, including the side flanges
The wheels are 1 1/2" in diameter.
Note the assembly is attached to the gate by two 1/4x20 bolts through the top of the assembly (not the end).

Thanks for posting. The closest match we have to this roller is our 81-051. It is very close, except its assembly height is 1-3/4" whereas you cite 1-1/2". Please double-check and compare to the diagram below. Note also that this roller is designed for sliding glass doors, and not for the setup you're describing. We don't have anything meant for those purposes, so I can't guarantee this will work for you, but nevertheless it is our best match. Let me know if you have further questions.
