Garden Window Glazing

Have an old (aluminum) Garden Window ? House built in 1991. The window itself is holding up fine and it is in good shape but the plastic molding around the individual windows is deteriorating from age and weather.

Appears to be a ½? plastic molding that encompasses each window in the unit. The original moldings just overlapped each other at the corners. It seems to me to be an ?L? shape molding but don?t know for sure.

Would you have anything I might be able to use or try in this situation?

Thank you, Tom, for your reply. Really appreciate it. Attached are photos of the profile. The black markings are the old paste on the inside of the molding used to spot glue the glazing it to the window pane.
